These face covers are a Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable item for obvious health and safety reasons.

Couldn’t be happier. The items arrived very quickly. My one bit of feedback is that the only thing the customer receives when the order ships is a “Order Complete” note in the order history. I wasn’t sure if this meant that the order had shipped since no tracking was provided. But that’s a minor complaint. I’m super happy with the experience and definitely will shop again!

Thank you for the feedback on your ordering experience and glad you like your purchase. The Order Complete email notification states “Your order from Sunrise Run Company has been marked complete. If you ordered an item that requires shipping it is now on its way!” With that being said, the development of more detailed shipping details/tracking for the customer are already in the works for our relative young online shop and should be available by the end of the month on orders.
