Can I place a custom or personalized order?
Yes, I offer custom items from my shop. In fact, we get requests all the time. If you see a design that you would like altered in any way, please let me know. I don’t charge a design fee for text changes. Any design work longer than 30-minutes will have a $15 service fee added to it. I offer personalization on many of my items as well such as coffee mugs, phone cases, t-shirts and more. You can add your name, PR, favorite quote or your own custom graphic!
How are the apparel items printed?
How should I clean my apparel items?
I recommend that you machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach, when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How are your running stickers printed?
All of my running sticker designs are die-cut vinyl stickers, making them precision cut and extremely durable. These stickers are not your ordinary oval running stickers. Vinyl die cut stickers are heavier duty and made to hold up through rain, snow, heat, and sun! I do all the design work and use Stickermule for production. All stickers are in-stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.
How long does it take to get my items?
Your order never arrived?
Those shipping trolls can be difficult sometimes! If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let me know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at email@example.com noting your order number. I’ll see what can be done.
What if I need to return or exchange my purchase?
Bummer. I’m sorry that your purchased item did not work out for you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let me know and I’ll get you sorted out.
