Running Sticker Shop FAQs

Yes, we offer custom items from my shop. In fact, we get requests all the time. If you see a design that you would like altered in any way, please let us know. We don’t charge a design fee for text changes. Any design work longer than 30-minutes will have a $15 service fee added to it. We offer personalization on many of our items as well such as coffee mugs, phone cases, t-shirts and more. You can add your name, PR, favorite quote or your own custom graphic!

All of our running sticker designs are die-cut vinyl stickers, making them precision-cut and extremely durable. These stickers are not your ordinary oval running stickers. Vinyl die-cut stickers are heavier duty and made to hold up through rain, snow, heat, and sun! We do all the design work and use Stickermule for production. All stickers are in-stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

This depends on how your order is produced. For items produced by Printful, there is a 7-8 day fulfillment period for these items before they ship. You can expect these items in 10-12 business days from the time of ordering. These items are t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, coffee mugs, and phone cases.

We do have some items that are already finished products and these items will ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order. These items include all stickers and BOCO Gear Face Covers and Neck Gaiters.

Those shipping trolls can be difficult sometimes! If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at andrew@sunriserunco.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Bummer. I’m sorry that your purchased item did not work out for you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Personal Online Running Coach FAQs

There is no set required length of my Personal Online Running Coach plans. You subscribe and pay once per month. Stay for 1 month, 1 year, or longer! You can unsubscribe at any time without paying any penalty.

I understand that things can change quickly in life. If something comes up where you need to take a break from your Online Plan, just me know. I will put your plan and payments on hold. You will not be charged or receive any training plan communication from me until you let me know you are ready to resume coaching.

Absolutely! I believe that every runner deserves the opportunity to receive a customized training plan and have the communication with an expert coach. I work with runners of every ability level and provide the same level of service to all! If you are goal-oriented and determined to have a plan to help you reach your goals, then my Personal Online Running Coach plan is right for you!

The Personal Online Running Coach plan is billed monthly. So you pay $159.99 today, then you are automatically billed on the same date each month.

Yes. Once you start your Personal Online Running Coach plan, you can contact me as often as you like via text and email. In fact, I want to hear from you as often as possible. Communication with me is best way to keep your plan on track, adjusting to your ability and life, and progressing toward your goals. We will also have one 30-minute phone call per week to dive into more specific questions and details about your training and progress. I do request that you respect response times according to Pacific Time Zone and work hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.

After you signup, you will be emailed an Athlete Questionnaire form. Complete this form with all details related to past and current training history, goals, life schedules, and anything else you want to share with me. Email this form back to me. Then, I will set up a call with you to discuss what I find and get any additional information from you to craft an individualized training plan. You then are ready to run (literally)!

Personal Training Session FAQs

I am available for in-person training sessions that take place at the Modesto Junior College Track & Field. Travel outside of this to meet you for sessions can be discussed on an individual basis, but typically requires extra planning and costs.

I encourage all athletes interested in personal training sessions to complete a Free Consultation Call and the New Athlete Questionnaire first. This helps to start the conversation between us about goals, costs, and availability.

Once you are ready to book training sessions, purchase the desired number of training sessions directly from our website, here.

Choose from 30-minute or 60-minute sessions and purchase as many as few as you want up front. We will use your customer order notes as a means to track completion of each training session.

You can communicate with me via phone, text, or email. Training sessions will be marked completed through your customer account on our website.

Please complete the New Athlete questionnaire and consider schedule a Free 30-Minute Consultation with me before booking any sessions. This will allow us to get to know each other and make sure that we are a good fit to help you reach your goals!

From there, you can purchase any number of 30-minute or 60-minute session directly through my website. You can also setup your own account for easy re-booking of sessions.
