Sunrise Running Company offers personalized online run coaching and custom training plans. We also offer in-person sessions for those near Modesto, CA. Our goal is to help beginner and intermediate runners achieve their goals—whether completing a 5K or training for a marathon.

Absolutely! We specialize in helping beginners get started with running. Whether you’re training for your first race or just looking to build a consistent habit, we offer approachable and supportive coaching designed to meet you where you are.
Our coaching is primarily online, allowing us to support runners worldwide with structured plans and personalized guidance. However, if you’re local to Modesto, CA, we can discuss options for in-person sessions.
Getting started is easy! Just visit our website to sign up for coaching. After a quick intake, we’ll pair you with a personalized training plan delivered through the Final Surge platform. You’ll also get one-on-one guidance and regular check-ins with your coach.
We combine expert coaching with a down-to-earth, supportive vibe. Our focus is on helping busy people fit running into their lives without burnout or confusion. You’ll receive customized plans, consistent motivation, and a coach who truly cares about your success.

We offer ground shipping, usually using USPS, on all in-stock/inventoried items. These items include running stickers, magnets, face covers, neck gaiters, and hats. Enjoy free U.S. shipping when ordering $35.00 or more of these in-stock/inventoried items.
We offer flat rate shipping for all made-to-order items. These items include t-shirts, sweatshirts, drinkware, and coffee mugs. Shipping costs will vary based on the item and quantity being ordered.

All of our running sticker designs are die-cut vinyl stickers, making them precision-cut and extremely durable. These stickers are not your ordinary oval running stickers. Vinyl die-cut stickers are heavier duty and made to hold up through rain, snow, heat, and sun! We do all the design work and use Stickermule for production. All stickers are in-stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.
This depends on how your order is produced.
For items produced by Printful, there is a 7-8 day fulfillment period for these items before they ship. You can expect these items in 10-12 business days from the time of ordering. These items are t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, and coffee mugs.
We do have some items that are already finished products and these items will ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order. These items include all running stickers, face covers, neck gaiters, and hats.

Those shipping trolls can be difficult sometimes! If your order did not end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at andrew@sunriserunco.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Yes, we offer both wholesale and bulk purchase options on most of the items in the online shop.
