How does the training plan work?

We form a baseline training program for you based on your athlete profile, your goals, and life schedule. Also, we offer one consultation during setup and one consultation to walk you through the details of your plan.

Every training plan with Sunrise Running Company will include the following:

  • Athlete Profile to help determine the structure of training plan.

  • Fully customized training plan.

  • One consultation phone call to get things setup.

  • One consultation phone call to go over the details of the plan.

To help guide your choice:

  • 8 and 12-week training plans are typically best for racing distances of 5K (3.1 miles) through Half Marathon (13.1-miles) in total length.

  • 16 and 20-week training plans are meant for racing distances of Half Marathon through Marathon and Ultramarathons.

  • More beginner runners may feel most comfortable with training plans that are longer in length. Therefore, giving them more time to prepare for the chosen racing distance.

We use CoachUp for all coaching sessions. There is a one-time fee of $17.99 for all new clients.
