Mississippi River Marathon

Description

The Mississippi River Marathon is a one-of-a-kind experience, offering the only marathon through the heart of the Mississippi Delta and opportunities unlike any other race in the world. The event was created with two key missions in mind. First, to inspire people across the country—especially within Delta communities—to embrace healthier lifestyles by joining in and supporting their races. Second, to make a lasting impact on the future of local children, as proceeds directly benefit the Washington County and Southeast Arkansas Community Foundations, helping ensure that every child has access to a quality education.
