Are you ready to take on the challenge of running a long-distance race? Not sure where to start, when to run hard vs. when to run easy? Take on our 10-Week Virtual Training Plan to receive Weekly Guided Training and Advice! Prepare yourself to run a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon.

Each week you will receive an email from Coach Andrew that includes Run/Walk, Beginner, and Advanced level training plan details for a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. You follow along each week, completing the virtual workouts with a group of like-minded individuals. The weekly emails will also include training tips, educational articles, motivational quotes, and more!

Join our private Facebook Group and Strava Club to gain access to an open forum with your fellow runners and Coach Andrew. Post questions on any running-related topic or share your training successes with group members.

How does this training plan work?

We are starting a training group to prepare runners for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon! You will choose your goal distance and training plan level. Each week you will receive an email with training plan details, training tips, and more! At the end of 10-weeks, runners will be encourage to run their goal race to celebrate their training success!

If I Register, What do I get?

  • Weekly Email. Each week you will receive an email that contains your training plan details.
  • Training Pace Assistance. Based on a recent result, Coach Andrew will help you calculate your proper training paces.
  • Private Group Forum. Gain access to a private Facebook Group and Strava Club to post training questions.
